1. Seek early intervention

2. Stay connected with others

When you are going through a difficult period mentally, it can be so easy to drift away from others and not make any effort with people.

However, try not to do this! Keep in touch with those you know and stay connected, as being with other people can be a huge help!

3. Listen to friends and family

One of the most difficult aspects of psychosis is the feeling that no one believes or understands what you’re going through.
